EventoraX is operated by BlueDive Innovations Ltd, a technology company registered in Nigeria. We provide event management, ticketing, and voting services across Africa. When we say "we", "us", or "our", we mean BlueDive Innovations Ltd and the EventoraX platform.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly: name, email address, phone number, and payment details when you register, purchase tickets, or vote. We also collect usage data including device information, IP address, browser type, and pages visited to improve our service and prevent fraud.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to process ticket purchases and payments, send confirmation emails and QR code tickets, provide customer support, prevent fraudulent transactions, improve our platform, and send marketing communications where you have consented.

4. Payment Data

All payment processing is handled by Paystack. We do not store your card details on our servers. Paystack is PCI DSS compliant. Your payment data is subject to Paystack's privacy policy available at paystack.com/privacy.

5. Data Sharing

We share your data with event organizers when you purchase a ticket for their event — they receive your name, email, and phone number for check-in purposes. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

6. Data Security

We use industry-standard encryption (HTTPS/TLS) for all data in transit. Your data is stored on Supabase servers with row-level security. We implement rate limiting, fraud detection, and regular security audits.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You can request a copy of your data or ask us to delete your account by emailing privacy@eventorax.com. We will respond within 30 days.
