By using EventoraX you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our platform. These terms apply to all users including event organizers, ticket buyers, and voters.
EventoraX provides tools for event management, ticket sales, and contestant voting. You must be at least 18 years old to create an organizer account. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
As an event organizer you are responsible for delivering the event as described, handling attendee queries, complying with local laws and regulations, obtaining necessary permits and licenses, and ensuring your event is legal.
BlueDive Innovations charges a platform commission on ticket sales and paid votes. The commission rate is displayed in your dashboard. Payouts are made to your registered bank account within 1-5 business days of request approval.
All payments are processed by Paystack. Refund policies are set by individual event organizers. BlueDive Innovations is not responsible for event cancellations or organizer refund decisions. See our Refund Policy for details.
You may not use EventoraX for illegal events, fraudulent activities, events promoting hate or violence, adult content, gambling, or any activity that violates Nigerian law or the laws of the country where your event takes place.
EventoraX and all its content are owned by BlueDive Innovations Ltd. You retain ownership of content you upload. By uploading content you grant us a licence to display it on our platform.
BlueDive Innovations is not liable for event cancellations, organizer misconduct, payment disputes between organizers and attendees, or any indirect losses arising from use of our platform.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraud, or cause harm to our platform or users. You may close your account at any time by contacting support.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved in Nigerian courts.
