Refund eligibility for tickets is determined by the event organizer. Each event may have its own refund policy which is displayed on the event page before purchase. We recommend reading the event refund policy before buying.
If an event is cancelled by the organizer, ticket holders are entitled to a full refund. BlueDive Innovations will work with the organizer to process refunds within 5-10 business days.
Payments for contestant votes are non-refundable once a vote has been cast and recorded. If a technical error caused an incorrect vote to be registered, contact support within 24 hours.
BlueDive Innovations' platform commission (charged to organizers) is non-refundable once an event has taken place, even if ticket refunds are issued to attendees.
To request a refund contact the event organizer directly through the contact details on the event page. If you cannot reach the organizer or if the event was cancelled, contact us at support@eventorax.com with your order number.
Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days. The time for funds to appear in your account depends on your bank or card issuer.
